Our Chapter Offers Educational Opportunities. The line up for development seminars, courses and events for the upcoming year has something for everyone. Whether you want basic information about condominiums or on more specialized topics, there is something here for you.
Part of CCI's mandate is to promote the education and understanding of condo owners.

CCI Members-$80 per person for the first registrant from a member and $60 per person for each additional registrant from the same member
Non Members-$160 per person
CM 100 is directed towards condominium owners, board members, condominium managers, or industry professionals who want to learn about condominium management. The course reviews condominium concepts in the Condominium Act, and explains the governing authority, structures, roles and responsibilities in condominium. The course will cover insurance and reserve fund studies. It introduces key management issues and styles. Finally it covers the effective conduct of meetings.
Presenters will be Pat Cassidy, QC, ACCI, Cassidy Nearing Berryman; Lisa Power, General Manager, Condominium Division, CitiGroup; and Tony Hall, President, Podium Properties
