First day of two consecutive Saturdays for the CM 100 Course, continued on November 7, 2020.

The online CM 100 course is directed towards board members, condominium managers, or industry professionals who want to learn about condominium management. The course reviews condominium concepts in the Condominium Act, and explains the governing authority, structures, roles and responsibilities in condominium. It introduces key management issues and styles. Finally it covers the effective conduct of meetings.
