CM 200 is a follow on from CM100 that presented the fundamental management principles of condominium management. In CM200 we delve more into the practical principles involved in managing a condominium management and is directed towards anyone involved in said management. The course will be a facilitated discussion on practical steps to use concerning governance, administration, people, financial, and property. Lastly, we’ll dig a little deeper into insurance requirements.
