Reserve Fund Studies are a necessity and integral part of Condominium operations. They are often not well understood by the general masses or used appropriately. Come join us in a Zoom conversation with Jim Fletcher, Professional Engineer, and author of many Reserve Fund Studies (RFS) in Nova Scotia on Wednesday 26 Jan at 7pm as we talk with him about the following:
- How does he develop a study?
- What input does he expect from a Board in developing a RFS?
- How does he see a Board use an RFS effectively in their planning and project development?
- What does he believe are the limitations of a RFS?
- What lessons can he impart to us audience about RFS?
