CCI-NS Seminar - Updates to the Condo Act and its Implications

The condo act has had an update and it has implications on how Boards conduct business especially with respect to video-conferencing meetings instead of in person. The issue is also raised about electronic documents, signing, and electronic voting. The seminar will cover the implications for Boards and what they need to consider and possibly change if wanting to use electronic media.
