Construction costs have increased and the workforce has decreased creating a challenge for condo corps in getting major repairs completed. This seminar will look at the current situation and determine what are realistic expectations and what corporations can do in ensuring necessary work gets done. In addition, we’ll look at concerns over funding for reserve funds.
