Come join us on 30 Jan at 7 pm for our webinar on Human Rights. Our condominium communities are increasingly becoming more diverse, potentially causing misunderstandings and friction. How do we become more aware of what it takes to co-exist well? Barb Miller Nix (Executive Director Community Justice Society, Halifax Region) and Ann Divine (CEO and founder of Ashanti Leadership and Professional Development Services Inc.) will lead a discussion aimed at enhancing our awareness and understanding of human rights, unconscious bias, racism and privilege. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their own thoughts and experiences, hear from others, share resources, and begin to identify needed actions and accountabilities for creating and managing welcoming environments.
