Selling or buying a condo is quite different from buying or selling a single home. You don’t just buy or sell the unit, you also are buying and selling ownership in the common elements. People will assess the amenities that come along with a condo as well as what is covered by the Condo Corporation and what is the owner’s responsibility. Come join us on Wednesday, June 26 at 7 p.m. as we talk with Lorena MacDonald, owner of Harbourside Realty Ltd and Open Door Property Management, along with Devon Cassidy, Real Estate Lawyer from Cox & Palmer, about what to be aware of when selling and/or buying a condo, including the need for an Estoppel, access to documents and access to common areas and unit. The webinar promises to be a very educational session that will be useful not only to those that are planning on buying a condo but to board members, real estate agents and others that service condominiums.
