Condominium living presents a different challenge than many other types of living situations especially if living in condo buildings with people living very close to each other. The kind of living environment that exists can create either a pleasant or very stressful living situation. Each condominium corporation has its own “personality” which sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Tonight, we’ll look at different types of activities that can help foster good relationships among residents in a condo corp. We’ll look at the importance of good communication and creating an effective communication plan. We’ll discuss some effective ways of dealing effectively with issues and creating an atmosphere of respect for one another. Finally we’ll discuss creating effective Common Element Rules that support all the community.
