One of the biggest challenges for boards and consequently other residents is residents complying with the rules. It can be frustrating and time-consuming. Fortunately, it is usually only a few people that often cause the most problems, but it can be very stressful for those having to manage the issue. Tonight, we’ll look at dealing with different personalities, how to escalate responses appropriately, the importance of good communication and respect, board enforcement of rules, and using the dispute resolution process appropriately.
