Attend our AGM and Support Your Board of Directors
The CCI Nova Scotia AGM will take place on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. We are offering two options for members to attend this year, either in-person or on-line via Zoom.
Members attending in-person will be welcomed at:
The Commons Room, Nova Centre - South Tower,
1500 - 1625 Grafton Street,
Halifax, NS, from 6:30 p.m. on October 13th. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.
We know that AGMs are not the most exciting of meetings but like every Condominium Corporation we need to have an AGM to get business done and that means we need your attendance. So, if you're a member in good standing, please come out and support the chapter. If you are not able to attend in-person, please click the link below to register to attend by Zoom.
Zoom Registration for the Meeting
One of the most important functions of the AGM is voting for Board Members, if needed during the AGM. There are five positions on our Board of Directors up for election at this year's AGM. The current incumbents standing for election are Andrew Buchanan, Suzanne Buck, Robert Purcell and Tracey Wright. Nominations have also been received for Bob Taylor and Trevor Way. You can see that they all bring a wealth of experience that can make our Board even stronger, which means better products and services for you. but we can't get them elected unless we have a quorum. That means we need you there. So please come.
If you are not able to attend the meeting, either in-person or via Zoom, and you are the voting member for your organization, please complete and submit a Proxy Form.
Please note: There is one vote per condominium corporation membership.
