A New Offering of the CCI-NS Directors Course Will Open for Enrolment Soon

After more than a year of development, the Directors Online Course has proven well worth the effort.   We’ve received strong, positive feedback from participants in our first and second sessions, who found the content practical, relevant, and immediately useful in their roles.   At CCI NS, our goal is for every condominium corporation board director to complete the course, helping establish a shared foundation of knowledge across the province.  While we are especially encouraging new directors to enroll, the material offers valuable insights for all, regardless of experience.  We are pleased to open registration for another offering of the Directors Course available for enrolment from April 1 to May 31, 2026.

Enrolment Process

Here is the process to enrol:

1. Go to store.neontrain.com and find your course.

2. Purchase the course via credit card.

3. During the checkout process, you will be asked to create an account in the NeonTrain store. This password is what will be used to login to Brightspace to access the course.

4. After purchase, you will receive an automated email receipt. This receipt includes a link to access your training, your username, and a note that your password is the same as the one used to purchase the course.

5. Once you receive your email you will be able to login to Brightspace! The course has a start date of May 1, 2026 so you will not be able to access the course materials until the start date. You must finish the course by May 31, 2026.

Learner Support

If you need any assistance contact ccinssocialmedia@gmail.com.  If NeonTrain does receive a support ticket from a learner, they will forward it to CCI NS as the course owner.  This process can take several business days. As NeonTrain does not know a learner's position in a course or any decisions made by the facilitator on their access or progress, they cannot intervene with learners on behalf of CCI- NS.
