Call for Board of Director Nominations - AGM 2021
This year there are four director positions open for election. Three members of the current board whose terms end September 2021 have offered to let their names stand for a second term. Terms are for three years. We are seeking nominations from our membership to run for the Board. Anyone who is interested or knows of someone who is interested in being a Board Director is asked to submit their names and contact information to info@ccinovascotia.ca.
Board Directors are expected to attend as many of the Board meetings as possible that normally number ten per year. Directors may be asked to assist with different functions of the Board such as advocacy, education, marketing, membership or the newsletter. Directors may be asked to participate in education courses or seminars particularly if they have a special skill set that would be valuable to the membership at large. Regardless, anyone who is willing to contribute their time and effort in forwarding the goals of the Chapter are welcome. Being a Director is a great opportunity to assist our condominium community and to learn more about condominium operations both provincially and nationally.
