General By-Law for the Nova Scotia Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute

With changes to the Federal Not for Profit Legislation, CCI National Bylaws were updated in October of 2015. As such, we at CCI-NS have had to review our bylaws, amend and update them to comply with the federal legislation and the National Bylaws. The major changes are the reorganization of sections of our old Bylaws as well as the removal of Bylaw sections which refer to the chapter's role with ACCI, as this is now administered by CCI National.
