You Are a Condo Board Director - Now What?

Getting elected to a condominium board can feel good.   It can also feel a little overwhelming.  Suddenly, you’re involved in decisions about budgets, insurance, maintenance, reserve funds, rules, contractors, owners, renters - and sometimes very significant amounts of money.   And here's the thing:

Most people don't become condominium directors because they're experts in condominium governance.

They become directors because they care about their community and want to help.   That's where education comes in.
