We are consultants that work for the condo, the board and manager, we are not employed by any lender. This allows us to access multiple lenders on behalf of the condo, providing more loan choices for the condo. We offer personalized service to get you through the loan process from start to finish. We do the work of the loan process so that the board and managers do not have to add that workload to their already busy duties.

The example we use to help show what we do is: oftentimes a condo board will hire an engineer to oversee a repair issue, the engineer takes the repair to tender to multiple general contractors and the board chooses the contractor bid that suits the needs of the condo the best. Condominium Financial does the same concept with the lenders on behalf of the condo.
